You may request a return for any item purchased from YUKI STUDIO within 7 days of delivery by submitting a request via our Returns Form.

Our Ambassadors will review your request within 3 business days. Each case will be assessed, and a response provided. If approved, return instructions will be issued.

All items must be returned in original condition, inclusive of all packaging and tags. Prior approval is required. Items returned without approval may not be accepted. Returns may be rejected if they do not meet these criteria.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Store credit may be issued at our discretion.

In the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we comply with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
