Orders are typically processes orders within 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be provided.

YUKI STUDIO offers shipping worldwide. 

Estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at our checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. While we work with trusted carriers, delivery times may vary due to external factors. 

International Orders

For international shipments, duties, taxes and import fees may apply upon arrival. These chargers are determined by your local customs authority and remain the responsibility of the customer.

For customers in the United States and European Union, local import regulations may affect delivery timeframes and final charges.

YUKI STUDIO is not responsible for delays resulting from customs processing.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to guarantee changes. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses cannot be redirected or refunded.
